    What the CQC say

“The learning environment at Moston Grange was one of empowerment and learning without barriers. Staff were encouraged and supported to be the very best they could be, and to achieve their maximum potential. A joined-up and fully integrated approach to learning and continuous professional development, supported staff on their individual learning journey right through from a comprehensive induction, to independent practice.”

"The thing I love most about my job is that I have support from every professional within the team. Everyone is really supportive, they listen and help to build or change areas of the service to ensure the people we care for feel safe, supported, included, and most importantly are at the forefront of their pathway. I feel privileged to be in a team that strives to make a difference in people’s lives and how we provide care.”
