Moston Grange provides care and accommodation for older people. In particular, the home provides a service for people with a diagnosis of, but not limited to:

Dementia or other associated conditions, alcohol-related problems including Korsakoffs, acquired brain injuries, progressive conditions such as Huntington’s and mental health conditions. We continually involve both the individual and family members wherever possible to improve the quality of care delivered.

Our approach

Person-centred care is at the heart of everything we do. We see the person, not the condition. We have created an environment that everyone would be proud to call home. We pride ourselves on a positive dining experience with visual and attractive nutrition options provided. We work to continually change the environment to meet the needs of each individual. What people say

“Moston Grange truly understands the trials and tribulations of Dementia. Honestly, my family would not have coped over the last 18 months without knowing that our Pops was exceptionally well looked after with such love and compassion. He is happy, contented and always smiling. He himself a very truthful man never has anything but praise for all the staff who treat him as if he is their own family. We couldn’t ask for better and are eternally thankful for everything they continue to do for him, and us.”

“We really couldn’t thank the team on Deanvale enough for how they treated my dad and us, especially during his final days. We will never forget Abdul and his amazing team for their care and compassion. It felt like we lost dad amongst family that day on the unit.”
