Our approach focuses on growth, independence, and self-worth. Person-centred support is tailored to your individual preferences, needs, and goals. Well help you build skills for everyday life; from learning to budget to managing household responsibilities. We’re here to support your journey toward greater independence.

We’ll give you a voice and a role in shaping your environment and community. From decision making around service design to taking on roles like fire warden, and ideas for house décor or activities, such as fun trips to holidays, to parties and BBQs, you’ll have a say.

When you join our community, we’ll help you to settle in quickly. You’ll have a personalised transition plan and a welcome pack of essentials. You’ll have a dedicated key worker and your ‘house family’ will be there with a warm greeting when you arrive.
