Our history
Equilibrium Healthcare was founded on a simple belief: that every person deserves care that’s shaped around them. What started as a single service has grown into a family of specialist services across Greater Manchester — each one built on compassion, innovation, and the drive to make a real difference.
We’ve come a long way, but our purpose hasn’t changed. We’re here to support people with complex mental health needs, autism spectrum disorders, learning disabilities, enduring mental health conditions and dementia — always with dignity, respect, and individuality at the heart.
We continue to build on our strong foundations. Looking ahead, we’re striving to be the undisputed provider of choice for complex mental health care — evolving our services, growing our impact, and continuing to do what’s right for the people we support.
