About Bridging Point:
Bridging Point is a specialist, trauma-informed service for adults with complex mental health needs and autism spectrum disorders.
Located near Didsbury Village and Withington, Bridging Point provides a safe and supportive space for individuals in crisis, transition, or at risk of long-term hospitalisation. Designed as a short-term therapeutic service (6–18 months), our model of care promotes recovery within the ethos of least restrictive practises, develops independence, and enables a planned, safe return to the community.
With structured support, tailored therapeutic input, and meaningful daily activity, Bridging Point aims to meet people where they are—bridging the gap between crisis and recovery, complexity and clarity, and hospital and home.
