About Oakland House:
Oaklands House is a well-established, 38 bed, nursing care home in Longsight, Manchester. We provide specialised care and accommodation for adults aged 18-65 and those 65 and over. Our services support a diverse range of needs, including enduring mental health challenges, drug and alcohol-related issues, degenerative disorders, Dementia, and mental health conditions. About you
You are a dedicated Registered Nurse or Registered Mental Health Nurse with an active NMC pin, bringing a wealth of compassion and enthusiasm to your care.
You have stayed current with the latest evidence-based practices and possess a solid understanding of regulatory requirements that inform your practice.
You are committed to excellence in care and strive to deliver outstanding outcomes for our residents.
You will have minimum 1 year of experience and will have completed your preceptorship.
You can manage a fast paced, dynamic workload whilst looking to have continuous improvements in care delivery.
You enjoy being part of a diverse, high performing team.
A good standard of written and spoken English, equivalent to GCSE English Language Grade 4/C or above, with the ability to complete written records and communicate clearly and effectively with service users, colleagues and other professionals. Applicants who do not hold this specific qualification may be required to demonstrate an equivalent level of English language competence as part of the recruitment process. This is because the role will involve communicating with service users and professionals, reading, writing and understanding care documentation and policies, and producing accurate written records on electronic devices. An appropriate level of English language proficiency and comprehension is therefore an requirement of this role.

Summary
Salary: £19.32-£20.23 per hour
Applicants within 3 months (18/05/2026-30/07/2026) will receive a £5,000 welcome bonus, more information regarding this will be provided in your Conditional Offer letter.
