This is a hands-on delivery role requiring strong organisation, commercial awareness, financial confidence and the ability to create structure across multiple, varied workstreams. The post holder will translate strategic priorities and plans into clear delivery timelines, actions, trackers, reports, governance material and implemented outcomes.
The role spans commercial projects, commissioning support, financial analysis, internal improvement and stakeholder management. We need someone who can act as an extension of the Commercial Director, creating structure, driving delivery and turning priorities into tangible outcomes.

- Translate strategic priorities into clear timelines, actions, follow ups and delivery.
- Support commissioning and marketing initiatives where required.
- Work with financial models, commercial trackers, reports and decision-support analysis
- Coordinate board packs, governance materials, reporting cycles and meeting documentation.
- Support internal restructuring, process improvements, system implementation and contract changes.
- Liaise with commissioners, advisers, partners and internal stakeholders where required
- Take ownership of cross-functional tasks that are important to business delivery but do not sit neatly within one department.
Who we are looking for:
- Commercially aware, numerate and confident working with excel.
- Highly organised and able to manage multiple priorities
- Proactive, practical and able to create structure without constant direction.
- Comfortable working with ambiguity and changing priorities.
- Strong at communication (written and verbal), follow-up and summarising information clearly.
- Detail oriented, reliable and discreet with confidential information.
- Personable and able to build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders
We are particularly interested in candidates who have experience supporting senior leaders while taking ownership of projects, coordinating stakeholders and driving delivery across multiple areas of the business.
