Human rights based care
Placing individuals at the centre of everything we do, we enable our service users to live as independently as possible. Recognised by the CQC Annual Equity Conference, our approach promotes choice and supportive environments.
Each service user is assigned a Key Worker on admission who creates a personal and flexible care plan around their preferences and needs.
We have an inclusive approach to care delivery and believe that the wider community plays an essential role in supporting health and wellbeing. Service users and tenants are enabled to integrate with their local communities. From theatre trips to gardening groups, we identify and engage with community-based events. Our goal is to enrich the lives of the individuals and family members we support.
Testimonials
Family members love everything we do
One big family
Our service users and you. You're family to us.
We take the mental and physical wellbeing of everyone seriously. We provide more than a home – we’re an onsite family.
We care for every single person that steps through our doors including partners, friends, and family. We know the invaluable role you play in your loved one’s care, providing comfort and support. We’re committed to aiding you in your crucial role, and relieving your pressure where we can.
Although you’re loved one will live with us, and we’ll take care of their daily needs, we’ll keep you involved. How and where you want to be. From care planning and engagement in family forums and surveys to joining us for social events such as barbecues, fairs, parties and Christmas meals. We’ll help you have a voice in improving our care and, more importantly, maintain and enjoy your vital relationship.
Our carer’s guide tells you everything you need to know. From our open door visiting to restrictions in certain environments, we’ll answer your questions.
Outstanding Care

Our staff work hard to foster a culture grounded in equality and human rights. They demonstrate their dedication and expertise by creating safe and supportive environments, where every individual feels valued and understood.
