Equilibrium is a privately owned group operating across healthcare, recruitment and investment activities.
We’re looking for a commercially minded and highly organised individual to work directly with the Commercial Director, supporting the delivery of commercial, operational and strategic priorities across the Group.
This is a broad, hands-on role requiring strong judgement, financial confidence and the ability to turn priorities into clear actions and delivered outcomes.
Healthcare experience is not essential. The role will suit someone comfortable working across different business areas, managing competing priorities and operating with a good level of independence.
Key responsibilities:
- Drive and coordinate commercial, operational and business improvement projects across the Group.
- Turn strategic priorities into clear actions, timelines, trackers and deliverables.
- Track progress, identify blockers and ensure actions are complete
- Work with financial models, commercial reports and business information to support decision-making.
- Prepare clear summaries and updates for senior stakeholders
- Coordinate board packs, governance reporting and key documentation
- Support restructuring, process improvement, system implementation and contract projects.
- Improve internal processes, reporting and operational controls
- Take ownership of projects that cross departmental boundaries
Who we are looking for:
We are looking for someone who is commercially aware, highly organised and comfortable operating in a varied, fast-moving environment. Someone who can create structure, manage competing priorities and move work forward without needing constant direction.
You should be able to demonstrate:
- Strong commercial awareness and sound judgement
- Confidence with numbers, Excel and financial information
- Experience delivering projects across multiple business areas
- Strong organisation and attention to detail
- Clear written and verbal communication
- The ability to simplify complex information for decision making
- Confidence working with senior stakeholders
- A proactive, practical and reliable approach
Relevant backgrounds may include commercial operations, project delivery, business operations, PMO, operational improvement, commercial analysis, strategy transformation or consultancy.
This is not a traditional EA or PA role, a purely analytical position or a role limited to a single function
What we offer:
- £39,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
- Hybrid role, 40 hours per week (3 days on site in on site and 2 days WFH)
- Birthday day off.
- Free onsite parking.
- Eye Care Vouchers.
